The program guides you through targeted mobility that I use with my 1:1 clients and in person classes to help them feel better & move through daily activities in a way that is workable and sustainable.
As we get older, our joints & muscles will become more stiff without proper maintenance. Mobility is use it or lose it! However, your body is highly adaptable and it will adapt to movement as well as it adapts to not moving. In just 10-15 minutes a day, this program will empower you to move freely wherever you go.

Who is Your Teacher?
I’m a self-proclaimed anatomy nerd, yoga teacher, movement coach, and massage therapist. After growing up an athlete, I found yoga & weight training as a way to stay flexible and strong. When I transitioned away from teaching full-time and suffered a couple severe injuries, I found the mobility I had taken for granted slowly start to fade. I felt stuck, cranky, and couldn’t enjoy the things I love to do. So I took everything I learned from teaching thousands of clients and put together a program with bite-sized classes I had no excuse to skip. Usually I ended up feeling better and it would inspire me to keep moving!
